Stress and Anxiety

Stress and Anxiety

Recognizing the differences between Stress and Anxiety makes it easier to manage each more effectively. External factors such as work deadlines, interpersonal conflicts, discrimination, or health challenges activate Stress, which can lead to a variety of physical and emotional symptoms, including irritability, fatigue, muscle pain, digestive issues, and sleep disturbances.

Anxiety, in contrast, involves persistent and excessive worry that lingers even in the absence of immediate stressors. Symptoms may include insomnia, difficulty concentrating, muscle tension, restlessness, and, in some cases, panic attacks.

While movement, sleep, and a balanced diet are excellent starting points, deeper counselling support can foster lasting change.

Your Path, Our Support

Everyone experiences Stress and Anxiety, which means there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Both can significantly impact your body, contributing to symptoms like insomnia, digestive issues, muscle tension, and a racing heart.
